Our Approach

As business executives, the partners of Smith Group Consulting have been occasional buyers of business consulting services.  We found that frequently, more was promised than delivered. 

Because of our experiences, Smith Group Consulting takes a different approach to solving your business issues.  We realize that if you had the time, you would be able to define the problem and fix it yourself.  However, the facts are, you don’t have the time or the resource.

Our approach is to do the work for you.  When we are hired, we bring the same passion, focus and energy to the project as you would.  Our service is designed to limit your time commitment to less than three hours per week.  We will use your time to report our progress, check our assumptions and gain your input.  We will design a plan, implement it and provide the follow-up and/or staff training to insure the problem is gone for good.  In short, you provide the direction, we do the work! 

We have NO magic formula.  What we DO have is:
