In-house training is a need Smith Group Consulting finds in many clients. Our training programs are highly effective and cost efficient solutions for you training needs.  Our programs bring new ideas and fresh prospective to familiar management topics. Each program is filled with hands-on, common sense information that can be immediately put to use. These programs are fun, interactive and practical.

Smith Group Training is currently offering five staff training programs:

• The Basic Management Series – Learn to manage yourself and other at work and at home.  Beneficial for all staff levels.
• The Effective Manager Series – Review some finer points of management. Good for first and second level managers
• The Successful Executive Series –Focus is the difference between an executive and a manager.  For all levels of senior management.
• The Hire and Keep Good People Series –Discover how simple it is and money isn’t involved.  For managers with hiring responsibilities.
• The Let’s Pretend Series – A chance to “play” at being someone else.  Enormously fun and informative for everyone.
